Return Policy

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

• Sale items may be final sale — please check the product page for any exceptions.

How to Return an Item

1. Visit our Returns Portal (link).

2. Enter your order number and email address.

3. Select the item(s) you want to return and choose a reason.

4. Print the return label and drop off the package at your nearest parcel point.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

Exchanges

• To make an exchange, please return the item and place a new order for the product you want.

• This helps ensure availability and faster delivery.
